Summer falls

Summer has fallen into this darkened estate, the scent of flower bloom taken by winters claw
Dead Silhouettes appear in the corner of my eye, wandering in nightshade rain, manifesting from a monolithic misery
The cold moon shatters in shards of glacial blades, slicing arachnid web, starving its cardinal young into a cold meal for the Hardy hedgehog
Expanding concrete kirbs chill in Crystal air, cracking at the very thought of footsteps near.
In this titanium night, the rigid lamp posts vibrate from the bark of a neglected canine while man snores beneath sedative prescribe
Alive is nothing in winters crime, a difficult but necessary time, peeling back nature's growth, steming the seed with his choke.
I inhale winters sadness, his presence and his heart, I am his mist that cries over the absence of light.

Just another winter's tale. A Lovely Verse.
I was totally absorbed as if in a haunting scene. Lovely poetry x
Vivid, dark, very noir… Nine Eleven style.
Brilliant work.
