I PRAYED FOR YOU LAST NIGHT

I PRAYED FOR YOU LAST NIGHT

How was your today?
Would you believe me if I said that everything would be okay?
Because I prayed for you last night
I put all my own worries aside and I made time for you last night
I know it ain’t easy
I know life can seem hard sometimes, believe me
Maybe it’s the struggles, the thoughts
Maybe it’s the pain from a loss
So I prayed for you last night
I put my own worries aside and I made time for you last night
Because I’ve been there before
I’ve been unsure
When tomorrow seems like a lifetime away
When you just want to make it through the day
I know it ain’t easy
I know life can get frustrating at times, believe me
But I know God will protect us
When our souls are running low I know God will resurrect us
So how was your today?
Please believe me when I say that everything will okay
Because I put all my own worries aside and I made time for you last night
And I prayed for you last night!
