EVERY WHICH WAY I PRAY EACH AND EVERYDAY I IMPROVE 
IT TAKES TIME AND EFFORT IT TAKES MOTIVATION AND 
LOTS OF DETERMINATION ATTEMPT TO GET STRONGER.
