EDEN'S FALL 
In God's lush garden, paradise untold,
Adam, the first man, a story yet untold,
Gazed upon Eve, a vision, wild and free,
Her beauty raw, a captivating spree.

A serpent slithered, cunning and sly,
Whispering doubts, beneath the forbidden sky.
The fruit, a temptation, gleaming red,
Knowledge, they craved, the seeds already shed.

Their innocence lost, a veil of shame descends,
Eden's perfection, forever transcends.
The serpent's deceit, a bitter sting,
The price of freedom, a heavy thing.

God's voice, a thunder, echoing through the air,
"Pain and suffering, a burden you shall bear."
Children born in sorrow, a constant, weary plight,
Humanity's fate, forever sealed in night.

Expelled from Eden, their journey now begins,
A world of shadows, where suffering within
Resides, a constant reminder, of the choice they made,
The serpent's whispers, a haunting shade.
