45

45

I'll be glad when I'm 18 and can do what I wanna
Wish I were 21 so I could have a drink or two
Insurance rates are too high - can't wait to be 25
Ok, the clock can stop now at 29 - I'm through

OMG - 30!! My life is over - how did this happen?
I am officially invisible to young women now
Think I'll have a drink and ponder my depressing future
Oh hell, I'm as good as ever, time will not make me bow

One quick glance over my shoulder and BAM - I'm 40!!
All right, that's enough, Father Time can stop now
After all, life is good with a great wife and young son
Wait - he is 2 - I was 43 when - shit - 45 - POW!!
