A cats reflection
What I think cats think

Cats don't know how pretty they are.
They're too busy being just as they are.
They may have caught a glimpse in a river's view,
But didn’t stop to think it through. They don’t look at other cats and wish for different fur.
They don’t get jealous of another’s purr. Cats don’t care if they’re black or white.
Cats just live in lovely delight.
Cats care not for mirrors.
Cats care not for fashion.
Cats care for sleeping.
That's a cat's passion.Â
A cat doesn’t wake questioning “how do I look.”
Cats do not give a fuck.
Cats don’t buy Gucci, cats don’t buy Nike.
Cats don’t buy nothin'. They just hike at night. Cats just play, cats just be, cats just think “look at ME, so free.” Cats don’t wear eyeliner or lashes or lippy. Cats look at the moon and think “Woah that’s trippy.” Cats don’t wear suits, cats don’t wear ties, cats don’t look in mirrors and let out sighs.
Cats don’t feel too skinny or fat.Â
Cats just think it’s great to be a cat.Â
Cats just think it’s cool to exist and if I spend time in the mirror, there’s mice to be missed. Some cats are orange, some cats are grey, some cats are friendly, some stay away.Â
Cats don’t have fashion police, cats don’t have style. Cats just think “ok, I’ll exist for a while.” Cats have an idea of “who” they are.Â
But don’t know what they look like. This care is afar.Â
In the cat world this problem has never been a thing. They don’t care for necklaces or golden rings. Cats are in the present, cats are in the now, cats just eat and sometimes meow.
