A CROWN FIT FOR A KING

Sunday night and Charles tried on the crown
A look of anguish by him and also a frown
For when he tried on the crown for size
Charles got a most terrible shock and surprise
The crown unfortunately did not fit his head
Panic set in also some fear, stress and dread

To his trusty manservant he then did call
My crown he said doesn't seem to fit at all
The manservant soon got out his phone
To the crown fitters he let out an almighty groan
They would be round almost straight away
As Charles hoped they would save the day

So with a little tug here and a slight pull there
Half an hour later the crown was fit to wear
Nobody would suspect and nobody the wiser
The crown fitters were a most loyal adviser
Charles would forever I'm sure be in their debt
Certainly saved the day I'm willing to bet
