A Dance Of Destiny

A Dance Of Destiny

Cheek to cheek,
Arms wrapped around tight and
Safe.Β

A longing dance,
One moment of perfection.
In a perfect place.

Twice we’ve met,
Each time forgetting.
Yet drawn together again.

Cheek to cheek,
We dance once more,
Feeling like old friends.

If only we had met sooner, If only this feeling would linger,
But you are promised to another,
For you have a wedding ring on your finger.
