A FISHY TALE

Waited by the river bank he started to fish
To catch something was his desired wish
Hours passed and nothing on his bait
Just have to be patient and have to wait

Dinner now and out came his packed lunch
That's when he came out with his hunch
If he put his sandwiches on his fishing line
Maybe the fishes would see this as a sign

Sure enough the fishes landed on his hook
The fisherman couldn't believe his luck
Fishes were there both big and small
His net was bulging with his fishy haul

The secret must be in that filling of bread
Fishes must like sandwiches it must be said
