A GREEN OLIVE TREE

OLIVE TREE
A green olive  tree,
that weathered in the hot sun
and the slashing heavy storm
stood right in the middle of the pathway,
It had seen the nature, the fruits
and the yellows all its life,
but still had a lot to offer.
But the modern roads did not think so.
The true cutter came and cut it off
claiming threat from the huge branches
it has sprouted and how
it would sound a death knell
to the people walking below it.
