A LANDSCAPE

Poetry writing contest cost of entry 20 dollars.
A Landscape caressing memories
Give the mirror lake its present charm
Rooted flowers swimming pastel sky
Backdrop to foregrounds which each see their reflection in their own being unbound in flowing waters. Moving moves me still, and stillness silences my meandering about, which once never always asked without wonder, what is life?
Like a crystal lotus growing on a silent river, time sets still a purpose
And the silver ripples of the sky are seen within, without image or imagination, the cloudy haze consumes. All divinity in a moment, all works and words but an empty trinket to capture the kitsch malevolence of our uncommon bliss. Consumer culture catacombs on my mind. I feel nothingness. I feel 20 bucks lighter.
