Hi my names james
born with a gift an brains
been in spirit for decades
ive left my physical remains

broke free from chains
my words leave stains
talent runs through my veins
accomplishing goals and aims

clear like a star lit sky
i dont fear i wont denie
we have a gift both you & i
this poetry stuff gets us by

rhyming makes us look fly
we take off an it takes us high
wear a smile do not cry
be confident to write dont be shy

emotions go with the flow
racing thoughts take it slow
vent out if ya feeling low
stay smart like a dickie bow

try too stay in the moment
words are strong an potent
this is our seceret potion
sharing poems with devotion

no sins so no confession
devil cant have my possession
