Poem -

A Long Way

The stress is heavy,

Picking me apart.

One thing after another,

Can I get a restart?

You'll tell me "just calm down,

Everything will work out."

I'm giving it a fighting chance,

But my mind is trying not to shout.

At the money that's never enough,

At the bills laying by the bed.

The endless work to pay,

Impossible to stay ahead.

But I'll take a moment to be conserved,

Take your advice and take it by day.

Sometimes a little positivity,

Can go a long way.
