A poem to help get through life

​​​​​​Life is not always easy I'll tell you this my friend,

Things will tend to knock us down,

Having faith in yourself and the lord is always what I recommend.

It's helped me during times I've felt I only wanted to frown.

Yes life can get so rough that you feel as if you want to die,

Whether or not it's because of you or other you maybe around,

Keep in your mind that you deserve to smile, be happy and not cry.

Finally don't let your past haunt your present day or else more misery is bound.
