A SHOULDER

A SHOULDER

I'll bear the weight, the burden
Let your tears begin to fall
I'll carry you, I'll comfort
When you have no strength at all
Rest your sorrow upon my shoulder
And with wings, I'll carry you
I'll hold the tears, the heartache
Of what you're going through
I'll lift you up, upon my wings
And teach you how to fly
Lay your head upon my shoulder
Till there are no tears to cry
I'll bear the weight, the burden
I'll sing your heart a song
I'll lift the sadness of your heart
And keep you going strong
