A SOLITARY RED ROSE

 
There the red rose stands so tall and proud
No other flowers in her garden are allowed 
Just a solitary red rose that will always be
A reminder to her of what she wants to see

The red rose is hidden from prying eyes 
For her that's sensible and very wise 
Only she knows the secret of this red rose 
People can think and they can suppose 

This red rose won't vanish or disappear 
To her it will always remain with her here
