A Void That I Love

I lay here and I look at you,
How can it be that you love me so,
Why is it that you love me through and through,
why did you never decide to go.

I'm so glad that you're here with me,
I never want to be away from you,
My love for you is so plain to see,
And you love me so effortlessly too.

You're as beautiful as the sky,
Blue and vibrant and free,
Time seems to just fly by,
And I dont want it to be.

I wish we had more time to have,
I wish it didn't go by as fast,
It feels like our times cut in halve,
I wish that it wouldn't have past.

I don't have the words to say,
I wish I did and could say them.
Hopefully there will be one day,
That the words will bloom and stem.

I know you don't need them or care,
I know that my love is all that you need,
My love is enough to care for a bear,
And it seems to spread like a seed.

Right now I sit and I look at you,
Your eyes and soft skin ready for me to touch,
Your lips full of life and body too,
