Abduction

Abduction

Observing from the shadows of the universe

creatively eluding desires to discover

Any sign that we are not alone here

seductively you violate my dreams

piecing back together

a puzzle of missing time

where your mystery is innertwinned

with my perception of the heavens

Forced to my knees by mortality

ticking away on a celestial clock

you have manipulated the hands

to suit your intentions.

I bow naked before you

not in worship or respect

I bow in admiration

Of your will to walk among

us mortal sinners without judgement.
