ABSENT FROM ABSOLUTION

Just to be here,
Needs no justification
My sanctuary is now
A permanent vacation!

No longer bound to plead my case
Uninhibited I roam,
Within this place.

Those I permit,
To enter here....
Accept me, for me
Exempt from fear.
No hidden lies, 
Between the lines.
What you see, 
You get,
Every time!

Any damage you dealt,
Shall be the last.
Remaining at present..?
Only scars from the past.

Your want to cause humiliation,
  My need for constant liberation!
Your need to blame,
  Conflicts your claims!
My want to defend,
  No longer remains!

Contentment may come easy for some,
But a weary heart and mind becomes numb.
If I had to choose between you or no-one?
I would opt for the latter...
Thus with that said and done.
I reside here, 
Absent, 
From absolution.!
