Abused

Abused

Alone, scarred and hungry too.
Body marked, sorely battered and blue.
Unwashed, unclothed and full of dirt.
Silenced with slaps, no one understands the hurt.
Every day spent in a filthy cot, with no one to care
Daddy's always drunk, and Mummy's never there.
