ACQUIESCE

ACQUIESCE

A fingertip hushes split lips
as tainted tongue hisses and spits
a sudden grasp grips bony hips
with a waist in restraints the material rips.

A silken fold blinds both eyes
should alibis dare witness death in disguise
with clenched teeth tight, I cage my cries
denying myself from truthful lies.

A silver blade beneath blood red moon
glimmers against new welts and wounds
Then is shadowed too soon
as it enters my womb.

A whisper of words engage my ears
but murmurs of murder are all that I hear
and at this very moment, my fear disappears
let go my dear, I cry one last tear.

A voice, not by choice has allowed me to swallow
I’m stricken by strike; this heart is now hollow
an eventual end to eternal tomorrows
and I sigh one last sorrow.

A cramping cold chill
beckons me still
and I will
for emotionless moments pre-empt your kill.

Several slashes are silenced by harm
your brandished arm; soaked
as I bleed in your palms.

Within hatred I only await my fate
bound as bait, not long to wait...
Then trickles of sticky vermillion slide
down each leg, in between my thighs
I exhale an empty, stagnant sigh
I feel myself die.

My final role as you fingered that hole
was your rigmarole
but my sacred soul; saved
then I lost all control...
From the eyes of a broken china doll
just this vacant stare
and a scar is born

Then I slowly dissolve into piles
of wasted smiles
and times worthwhile.

Even though you think you won
my memories gone
in you
shall live on.
