Sometimes in life 
you feel as though 
you've been stabbed with a knife 
the pain takes over 
It's so hard to stay sober 
you know you've had enough 
but you stay to snuff and puff 
you start to feel numb 
even a little bit dumb 
you don't want to forget how this feels 
cause your finally healed 
but when it goes away 
your back to feeling grey 
you want it to stop 
before you just drop 
you try to pray 
but you have no idea what to say 
because you've gone so astray
you stop caring for yourself 
leave your problems on a shelf 
so they build and build 
until you just wanna be killed..
