Addiction

Addiction can destroy your life and leave you all alone. It can make you do some silly things. It can make you lose your home. It can take one go then that is that you're hooked on something bad. But there are support networks out there you never knew you had.

Addiction is not just drink and drugs but other things as well, like going out looking for a fight then ending up in a cell. Gambling is another one which may start as a bit of fun but when you start to lose controls it's time to turn and run

I hope you read these words and understand that addiction is a thing to dread  so please just think about what you do as no one wants you dead.
