Age Can Not Hide You

Our bodies grow, age and decay
And even our minds mature and seem to faid away
But a soul, a consciousness
The expireiencer of all that we are
That is eternally young and infinitely wise
The soul knows no time
No age
No era
The soul, the us, the seer inside
The real entity beneath all thoughts and emotions
Deep within the tangle of confusion where it hides
That is a pure, perfect display of who we truly are, removed from intilect and emotion
Removed from life, connections, and evolution
The soul is ageless, and all of ours can easily relate to one another
I know sometimes you feel like time has taken your very self away
Like the you from before lies in ruin and decay
But you have not gone away
I see you clearly dear friend, dear brother
As clear as day
I'm blessed with this vision
Many continue to say
And I can see you
Young and vibrant as ever
A temporary state of your biology
Has not diminished your shine
And in time
You will find
You are still devine
You were never in decline
Just cycling back to you prime
