All Hallows’ Eve

Witches, warlocks and ghost
Phantoms, demons and devils 
Cautious that you don’t become a host
On All Hallows’ Eve all these and more revel

Seeking out the frail
Throughout a darkened night
Sort of a demonic cocktail 
Thriving only on fright

Searching for lost souls 
In the midst of autumn 
This their yearly patrols
Careful you’re not left in some random bottom

Children now carry on this tradition 
Collecting goodies door to door
On their heroic mission
To recreate all demonic gore

When the tiny demons & undead come knocking 
Greet them as though you’re trembling in fright
Fill their demonic stocking 
With flavored sugars this night...
