Alzheimers
One, two... who are you?
Three, four... been here before?
Five, six... what did I miss?
Seven, eight... wish I knew when I ate
Nine, ten... are you my friend?
Eleven, twelve... am I in hell?
Thirteen, fourteen... I love green
Fifteen, sixteen... my name's Kathleen
Seventeen, eighteen... is my face clean?
Nineteen, twenty... they feed me plenty
One, two... who are you?
Three, four... been here before?

You can slow the progression, be careful if they want to give you medication...
The Researchers have done an amazing job helping people fight it naturally...
Unfortunately, there wasn't that availability when my Grandmother had it...
I was just a kid then and the family out her in a home and I didn't have a say...
Kids should be seen and not heard...

Thank you muchly dear friend!!!! As I told Marion, I'm in the early stages of this life-changing disease and I don't really feel the effects of it!!! Sad taleΒ about your Grandma!!! Oh Jack...I'm so sorry, but I don't think you are any where near serious yet thank god. I think this is something most of us will get today...I have my own personal opinions as to why but modern living and living longer definitely contribute I think. Keep writing lovely Jack...write write write...don't give it room to take hold. Take good care of yourself xxΒ

That is so so sweet dear friend!!! I'm "determined" to hopefully postpone the inevitability as long as I'm able... wish me luck! I think this world is such aΒ loving place in spite of all the daily negativity. I'm still fascinated by all the interesting new gadgets and technology and space exploration and most of all, the documentaries on nature and the thousands and thousands of species that are yet to be discovered!
