Amber and Serina

Amber and Serina
Well a car pulls up, motor turns off,
 car doors slam, engine coughs.
Two voices approach, my doorbell rings
round one's begun, I feel like a referee.
As Amber and Serina enter stage right,
don't want to say the wrong thing,
 might start a fight.
Mention the wrong name,
 might end up lame.
I go to my room to answer the phone,
hate to leave them both alone.
They pick change off the floor, it's my laundry money..
I'll have to wear the same clothes,
 I wore the day before.
Well those days are gone, when I'd come home
 wondering what next would happen.
Sometimes still, I get a start
when I hear the screen door while I'm nappin'.
It is them, returned again,
 to test my pedigree..?
With a laugh, they would say they've come,
 To maybe live with me..!
Oh hell no...!
