American Disability Act

American Disability Act

I never
Felt so
Violated
As I did
The other
Day
At work

Part of
My job
Requires
Me to
Maneuver
A certain
Tool
That the
Series
The company
Has
is made
For
Right handed
Operators

Left handed
Operators
Can still
maneuver
The tool
But it
Requires
Some
Coordination

I suffer from
Dyspraxia
" Hand and Eye
Coordination
Disability".
I cannot
Operate this
Tool
Without
A great
Deal
Of practice

Tuesday
I was called
In a meeting
with
4 senior supervisors
I was chastised
For an
Hour
My supervisor
Sat quietly
Embarrassed
For me
knowing
this
Treatment
Was just
Not
Right

Two master's
Degrees

In the past
I had
60 officers
under my
Command

I have
Saved
40 inmates
In a fire

But Today
Because
I am having
Problems
Dropping
A magazine
From
A weapon
Designed
For right
Handed
Users

I was told
I am
Incompetent

Yes
I know.what
Discrimination
Is

Never felt
So
Humiliated......
