An Ominous Resolution

An Ominous Resolution

Every second breath I suffocate
And within each day I cease a thousand times
And I only wish I had a reason to breathe
To affect the ones I have to die
Sorrow storms the inside, scarring sentience
As I relinquish to my castigated breath
But walk still, through the dene of darkness
As eternal night falls, closing in
Upon this garden of agony, where prayers are lost
And in turn, this soul from rest
If only the end offered an indissoluble solution
To a life perpetuating pain
Which would only deepen in darkness
Unconscious as you walk through the halls of confusion
Before you're overwhelmed by regret
As soon as your eyes awake
For my world revolves without resolution
And haunting are the clouds that follow to let me know
I can never surrender, although nothing will ever change

I'm ok thank you Ian, always enjoyed your work! We are in the midst of challenges toward each other as of late, think we're on the tenth challenge so far now lol.  The offer is there for you to join us, your etchings would be big contender.

Cool, I must say rising to the challenge is pulling out some of our best work and getting decent reviews, plus enjoyable trying to come up with something, anything really.
