Angels and devils

Angels and devils

We say that angels are the good, that devils are the bad.

What if we have it all wrong?

What if it's the other way around?

They clash each other, claiming one

We call ourselves angels although we ruin, we criticize and we ignore.

We hide our devil horns, we enclose our wings, and we mask our evil with purity.

We claim to be honest, yet we lie, we claim to be good people yet we harm.

What are we then?

We don't want to be classified as devil's creation so we act as angels.

But angels are pure, they are helpful, and they don't take from others

Us as people failed, we failed to be our best, we have created a society where this is normal.

We held our wings high and rule with the devils torch.

We resemble both.

We’re not good, we aren't evil either.

We are human.

Reminds me of the old cartoons where a devil and an angel sit on the shoulders of someone to give them advice on what to do.

Enjoyable read.

Oh i loved those cartoons : ) but its meant for you to think of who you are. What would you be classified as. Because no one is pure hearted. No.  We are the good and the bad. So why did we create such a thing as hell and heaven if we belong in both?
