Simon Bromley's I Am Challenge
I am the bound and the broken
The unwanted child of a godless world
I am the sound unspoken
Haunted by the light
Since the day it no longer shone
I am the saviour of wrath, the scapegoat
For the sinful and ill to vanquish pain
I am hatred that lasts
The soul who untimely slips in
To the unmarked sanctum of his grave
I am forgiveness at the end
The sepulture in the absence of bells
And you will never be deserving of my name
