My smile is beautiful
I could smile at the ground and flowers would grow
It lights up a room and slips into the faces of those around me

My laughter is amazing
It’s loud and annoying and anyone who hears it can’t help but to laugh with me

My eyes are deep and full of wonder
Love washes over anyone in my view

My touch is warm and welcoming
Safety is found within my arms

My presence is pure light
It is joyful and fun and compels people to want to know me more

I am made of sunlight and it follows me
But for now, it rains

My smile has dimmed
My laughter is replaced by silence
My eyes hold unshed tears
My touch is cold and scarce
 My presence is unwanted 

But I long for the day that the clouds will part and My Shining, Loving, Beautiful self returns
I wait out the storm
