Attic Space

Left my thoughts

In the attic space

Poems I’d written

In my own place

But now I surf

And wander free

Not tied down

Don’t need a key

But when I need

To settle down

Maybe I’ll go back

To my old town

Pull out my thoughts

And pour me a drink

Whilst I reminisce

With time to think

Look back over time

Before I roamed free

Things were sublime

And I was happy

This is a great write. Ā I had to retrieve my old writes in the corner, in a suitcase of a very deep closet! Ā I am still stiffing through my ramblings. Ā Well done!
