Poem -
Bags
I opened the kitchen cupboardΒ
The one just below the sink,
And what I saw before me
Made me stop and thinkΒ
-
Bags,
Plastic bags - and quite a lot of them
Iβm pretty sure Iβm gonna need them soon
But Iβm really not sure when
-
Iβd filled the bags with other bags
After shopping, every now and then,Β
Now even some of the bags inside
Have bags inside of them!
-
When visitors see underneath Β my sink
They invariably ask me why?
Is something really bad gonna happenΒ
And bags will be in short supply?
-
I say perhaps the apocalypse is near
Weβll need to save water some way,
Thereβll be a mad panic for carrier bagsΒ
And Iβll be there to save the day!Β

Hey JOHN!! LOL!!..... this is friggin' hysterical !!.....because just about everyoneΒ I knowingΒ in America has plastic grocery bags stuck somewhere in some part of the kitchen..... I'm sure most people everywhere can relate to this......GREAT stuff my friend!!...... seriously funny!! ???????

Dear John,
We all have seen them in the streets
"Bag Ladies" pushing shopping carts
But hidden near, there lives a man
Who hoards bags, he refuses part
.
He is saving them for the apocalypse
To fill with water all need to drink
His secret cache is easy find
Just check the cabinet neath his sink
