Poem -
Be Glad
I come on here to the Cosmofunnel
to see nice poems without any trouble
But then I see darkness and death
things that take patience and have depth
don't get me wrong IÂ love all poems
especially the ones that are more than just poemsÂ
but the majority are sad
even though they should be gladÂ
they should not all be about fights
They should be a nicer reason to write
Instead of being a bad sight
try and let it show a light
so simply don't be sad
Just simply be gladÂ

Very Cool commentary!!.........positivity works for sure.........but writers have to write about what they experience and although, in an ideal world, all would be positively happy........unfortunately........much of life is sad and painful..........certainly keeps things interesting!!.........good timing and rhythm in this piece.........well done..............Love and Rockets!!..........T xo
You just spoke a whole lot of truth right here, I totally agree. This is something I need to remind myself all the time but like Tony said sometimes to get to those happy places and to write about the happy stuff you need to vent the unhappy stuff. Without darkness there is no light and vice versa. All in all I would give this a 5 star because this is a great message and you told it how it is.
