Beast Incarnate

Necropolis succumbs to tainted heart,
Bewitched with course debris and bark.
Scattered celestial creatures and feller,
Cloaked in shadow under miraculous stellar.

Beast incarnate ravaging foes,
Knight courageous befallen with woes,
Seeks to end and descend marooner,
Dishevelled in chaotic war in lunar.

Arisen from pits of malice and pain,
Beast incarnate does not refrain.
Knight pulls his sword and strikes with pledge,
Heavenly body bestows with him edge.

It thrusts into its breast in roar,
Bats take flight from trees and soar.
Thunderous echo across the plains,
Knight stands over beast in slain.
