Bird Story
And how can you tell me to stay in this cage?
I've flown over oceans,
Lit upon your highest buildings,
And as I look down on you unwinged ones,
I see how crippled you truly are,
I am one with the sky,
Please let me go,
I will forgive you,
I need to sing with my mother,my friends,
Set me free,I will sing you the sweetest music,
Sounds that will make you shiver, I need to return to my paradise,
My little heart beats faster, you are opening the cage,
I fly onto the open sill, singing you beautiful praise,
I fly towards a figure that has waited night and day,
My joy is soaring, "I'm coming mother."
