Blood of My Blood

Blood of My Blood

The red of the night, the blood of my wound, I fill a tremble

In the mist of the fog, the howl of the dog, and the screech of the owl

Know that my thirst has begun, with the lust of my soul, the thrive of the night

And my blood shed for your love, let me die in the drapes of velvet and thine

Will be the most of pure ecstasy, where we two become one, blood of my blood

Love of my love, and now I fall into the hands of the blind, who shall find you mind

I am no longer alive, but I live for you
