Poem -

Move On

Who determines relevance, who decides what is real?
Please don’t, don’t ever tell me how I should feel.

How can we be with each other when you make me feel alone.
Please don’t, don’t talk to me in that controlling tone.

Time after time, you have let me know you are the same.
Regret within my world is synonymous with your name.

So don’t tell me I’m not alright, because your no longer mine.
The gaps before us, and in between us I seem to do just fine.
