Call on me

 The day you entered the Skyway House
was the start of your recovery,

 I'll never forget that look in your eyes when we did an introductory,

It was a look of defeat, pain, confusion, and anger but most of all readiness to change,

One could tell you didn't want to live the life you were anymore. 

At the beginning you almost left each start of the day,

Other clients said words of wisdom that helped you to want to stay. 

All that I am writing to you is from my heart,

With this said, I write to you this next part,

 
     If you ever feel like you've hit rock bottom

Stay far far away from that alcohol bottle.

And if you ever feel as though you have no hope,

dont go out looking for a sack a

 of dope.

Your finally on the right path

Now dont ever turn back.

Dont let your fears get in the way

or make you once more turn astray

Talk to your Higher Power 

he will be there night and day.

And remember that I am only a text or phone call away.

To end this poem i will silently talk to my higher power and begin to pray.
