CARNIVALS OF LOVE
A Flaming Wonder

From a rift in the celestial dome,
A flaming wonder, a heavenly home,
Did plunge a beauty, with eyes alight,
Crashing to earth in the emerald night.
A garden hut, her landing site,
Framed by roses, a verdant sight.
Her form, a sculpture, with features so fine,
A light ethereal, a presence divine.
On shoulders of moonlight, a mantle of gold,
A story untold, a secret to hold.
The roses all bowed, their fragrance released,
As the lilies surrendered, their morning dew ceased.
The leaves, like soft voices, a celestial choir,
Sang for the angel, lost to their pyre.
A bridge from above, a mystical spark,
The fallen beauty, lighting the dark.
