Complaints.

Made a complaint about the treatment , want them to do better in the future.
Not do this to others.
A letter to the onslaught.
We complain for feelings hurt.
We complain about the unfair.
We complain for accountability to better support our customers.
In resolutions of proper service.
If only it was a person to personally, not the thank you next, hurry hurry.
Money to be made.
Associations to be laid.
Not really their fault policy rules.
Retailers are the most in the public eye.
So customers know best.
All apologetic if they piss you off.
No secret rooms of paper health consent.
Where the customers are twisted by procedures.
Hidden away the complaining unconscious.
Piss and moan, they decide what parts of you get to go home.
Not many take complaints seriously, although they all claim to want resolve.
But big corporations snuff out the difficult with genuine complaint.
They say comply, we know what is best for all.
This is needed, we will scare you into our lear, chop you up in there.
Complain to your partner, friends and family only they care.
Put them away with sickness.
Put them in the restraints.
Complaining won't help you when they write and know the rule book, backed up by the hidden old school club.
Know it back to front, like they want to invasively invade you.
Stretch it out, forced open.
Complain but they won't stop.
Complain see how far you get.
No where near resolve.

I feel your frustration! I found out how to let water flow of the ducks back to an extent when caught between corporate and a customer. Tried hard to make corporate see, and I got wise words from a boss one time. He said" if corporate wants you to stack bb's in a corner, just try and stack bb's in a corner." lol! That is what I got from your poem, just a humble opinion! Enjoyed the poem, thought provoking again! ...............Jim
Write more, so want to hear more poetry from you.
Provoked thoughts is exactly what I wrote about.
What are yours...
What are mine? I'm going to post about 8 to 10 poems when Dec. rolls around, I consider them some of my best because of the topic of the Savior, and His restored gospel.............Jim
Cool. Roll on Dec.
