Conflicting Emotions

Cirle of life, grieving, love

Conflicting Emotions

How can I surrender
With so much fire to fight?
How can I let you go
Let them turn off your light?
I wish I didn't know
I just want to forget
This feeling of losing you
When you haven't left me yet
I'm sorry for my tears
I'm sorry that I cry
Lifes timing is so funny
Never gives a reason why
I'm ready for my life to start
Not ready to watch you die

I agree with Tina, I'm not here to give you advice, none of us us. All I wish is the best and that you find peace in troubled waters, however that may look for you. Smiles always. The Fish of the Sea

Thank you to you for comments, thank you to all. I will respond to all with time. It has been amazing to get back to expressing myself. I love to do it this way. And comments do bring a smile knowing for a moment you were with me. I say life never gives a reason but there is always a reason. A meaning. A point to be made. With time I'm learning when you finally receive the greatest love peace and freedom, life will often bring the greatest pain despair and frustration. To highlight the importance of the first, how much you need to protect, nurture and cherish it. Always keep smiling. Peace to you.
