Count Dracula Docks at Whitby

Count Dracula Docks at Whitby

Into the harbor she sailed on her own

No sound of the sailors that brought her back home

Now docked, in the shadows

the figure appears

The one in your nightmares

the source of your fears

The creature that lurks

in the dead of night

For blood he thirsts

you cannot fight

No one is safe

Even in your bed

he'll find you and get you there instead

Upon the ship

on that fateful night

the crew were dead

their skin pale white

They lay to rest

so peaceful at last

never knew this voyage

would be their last

And yet their bodies looked untouched

No scars except two

They didn't bleed much

Two parallel holes

that pierce the neck

left cold as ice

as they lay on deck
