~ Creation's Fingerpaint ~
Upon jet black skies, His fingers paint the night
Defining the darkness with tiny rays of light
Providing spiritual insight
By communicating through his mind's eye
Creating lifeÂ
With soaring strokesÂ
Of radiant rainbows
Giving birth to constellations
And glowing galaxies,
Sharing a love divine
Where original color waits
Undiscovered,
By humanity's virginal eyes
Dipping into emotion's
Pure feelings, oh so sublime
And from his wisdom
An artistic evolution is born
Where we can but stand in awe
On starry nights, gazing upward
Knowingly aware
That his heavenly canvas
Contains
The tiny etchings
Of each
And every soul
Ever conceived,
Ever born,
Into this world
Of Mother Nature's beauty,
And humanity's
Potential worth...
