Crescent Moon

How do you do?
Thinking and being around darkness, "Does it make you blue?"
Being guarded, up in the sky.
Nowhere to go, but fall to the earth and fry.
Crescent moon.
How do you do?
I haven't seen you in six months.
How is life treating you?
Because my life right now is making me feel black and bruised.
I feel like if I look left, I am bound to go right (write). Because being the moon means having a cause, with no fight.
That is not right.
That is not power.
What goes around comes back around, and for what I see, a moon is like a generator, all it does is stand tall and tower.
But one day we shall all see the hour.
Cross your fingers, don't make that meeting sour.
