" CRIMES OF A DARKENED SOUL "

I'm a sinner who dares, and as such I share
Decadence you may not expect
Evil animation, upwind urination
None, by my own elect
Yet as I compare, my sins and affairs
A Mulatto's state of mind
I must confess, I am divided by stress
For I cannot comprehend,
My own uncontested crimes...
Is there hate behind this, some moralistic judgment
Where my soul dares to dwell
Mixing in two colors, colors cast as blue
Painting a paranormal hell
Vain hopes are cropped, all bragging stopped
Both are silenced and mute
For I have become the gardener's pond scum
A two-faced wishing well of ill-repute...
Where whores and witches, fulfilling dark wishes
Or grace, for you, too tender
I pray to persevere, through these "the dark years"
And sucking my thumb, a portent to surrender
Else then my grace, cease to be grace
For the color of my skin's a lie
And sinners without race, have nothing to trade
When considering the politics of life...

Hey thanx CHERIE!!.......I was just in the weirdest mood when I wrote this........... but you hit the "Most" important word for me........." perseverance". was what I was seeing all the way through this........thanx for this sweet poetess!!......... smiles..........T xo
I`d love you even if you were sky blue pink with green bloody spots!!! We`re all flipping brown, we`re just different shades of brown. Why do people sit in the sun and try to get brown if they object to others being darker shades of the same colour???!!! We all bleed the same colour and have exactly the same insides, so why others find a simple colour a problem is beyond me!! Well done for another superbly written and beautifully well thought through piece sweetie. I`m very proud of my Beasty Boy.
I love ya kiddo
