Poem -

Cursed moon

A hidden temple lost for years
in ruins of stone and fortified ash
stand walls so tall tarnished in black
draped in vines, forever attack.

The soulless shadows hiding a tomb
creatures outside fearing their doom
for the beast arises hunting the night
thirsty for living in all of his might.

Scaring his victim from draining more blood
as the moon watches over taunting its love
shackles and chains clatter the floor
as the beast urges on willing for more.

Cursed be mortal, forever a lifetime
a beast in torment till the birth of the sun
no control over anger a carnage unfolds
till the death of the moon he'll never have won.
