Poem -

Dad

Its funny
How I find myself looking
Looking for your approval
Find myself searching
Searching for what would make you proud
But I keep failing
And crashing to the ground
I know I say I don't care
I act all aloof
But I had one parent abandon me already
And I just want you to love me
Like I know you never will
Because I know I'll never be
Anything more
Than a disappointment
Will I
Dad

Stong emotions of disappointment and hurt conveyed throughout the poem,
Well wrote!
I hope that you can release some of that pent up emotion through more your poetry.
Stay cool :)
