Dancing Animals

Twas the funniest sight
Saw an elephant dance
Wearing a frilly green dress
Without any pants
A crowd gathered round
To take in the sight
Some squirrels and penguins
And hippos on bikes
A bunch of silly monkeys
Wearing polka dot ties
Were joking with tigers
Wearing shades for disguise
What a glorious scene
They were all having fun
Taught us all a great lesson
To love everyone
No matter our colour
Or the size of our brawn
Everyone's our brother
So let's all get along
Saw the happiest thing
At a party last night
All the creatures were happy
What a beautiful sight!

Hello Mr Jack, his ingenious poem describes a beautiful show, an animal dance,
also human beings we get that animal side in dance, there are dances of cursed,
of proscribed and of zombie, but there are also loving dances, glamorous and full of joy, and that represents the poem, a dance between different species free of prejudice and full of love.
Yesterday was a sad day for North America, yesterday was a day sad to North America, but today with the death of the poet, the sadness is global.
A hug to all the poets and poetes, Leonard Cohen has died, but still we left Hank Beukema.
Thank you Lucas for your very interesting comment on my fanciful poem!!! Much appreciated my friend!!! "Leonard Cohen has died"...Β a very sad day!
well I guess I should just stay on your profile all day and inhale the wonder
"Inhale the wonder"!!! Can I come over tonight??? Won't stay long... I promise!!! LOL Love, Jack xxx
sshh my husband might hear you.........lol
Whups!!! lol
Hello Jack, die geniuses, the mediocre, the noble people and les miserables, that is the only reality, all the others form part of the same business of the life, anyway...November still not been finished and still can generate more sadness, Leonard Cohen died, but leaves us with his unmistakable voice, a work full of poetry dedicated to the life, the love and peace between peoples.
A hug.

"the love and peace between peoples" sometimes it's difficult to remember this fact but it is true! It's not the average little guy that's the problem, it's those with a distorted view of what life is or is meant to be! LOVE is the answer without a doubt! IΒ still believe that one day, as far fetched as it may seem, us humans will proveΒ to be capable of greatness!!! I'm probably too old to be around when it happens but for future generations... it'll be a whole new wonderful world!!!
Jack xx
A few thoughts that draw the noble soul of Jack, I'd like to be certain and that one day all peoples of the planet can live in respect, in harmony and love, , but hatred, madness, fanaticism and intransigence will always remain lodged in the human mind projecting all the horror, all the violence and all the miseries of a sick soul condemned to wander forever locked into corrupt bodies.
My next writing for COSMO talks about all this and applied to that time coming now, Christmas.
A Hug for Everyone.

I am very interested to hear your thoughts my friend! Sadly, I think you are right... "hatred, madness, fanaticism remain lodged in the human mind!!" WHY??? When the world is such a beautiful place when love exists in everyone! It is beyond my comprehension! I will check out your next writing! Cheers, Jack
The world is a place beautiful, that is true, life is a miracle to explore, but the love not is hosted in all the hearts. The world is a beautiful place where all human beings of any race, creed, ideology or condition could live in peace and in harmony, but incomprehensibly since the most ancient times the world has been a hell full of blood, of torture, of crime and of pain.
Why?
Because the human beings have fear, the fear is projected with violence, with hate and with destruction.
History shows us all this horror that, throughout the centuries, have been committing the different "cultures" and I fear that all will go to worse.
Those βpeopleβ that controlled the last control the present and control the world future, not I am pessimistic, LOL, nothing is further from reality, simply I am realistic, and try to reflect always the truth of those things.
A hug for everyone.
Dear Lucas,
A very concise summation of who we are and how we would be dreamers to think it will ever be any different!
What a shame... I'm a dreamer BUT this is reality! I'm well aware of this fact but can't help dreaming of a different world! I am 81 years old and the chance of seeing that, a world of peace and love of our fellow humans, will not happen!
I am very interested to hear your very concise, but sad assessment of your vision of the future!
Realistic? Sadly this is so...
Cheers, Jack xo
All the great inventions and all the changes experienced by the world for the better are those people who dreamed of a world more just and more positive, dream not is bad, idealism ennobles the heart, but that predatory spirit has always been lodged between the idealism and dreams of men.
The 21ST century starts with the same problems, the same miseries and with the same shortcomings that kicked off the 20TH century, the crisis, the racism, the bigotry, the fear and the uncertainty always will form part of the landscape of those men, projecting in wars, superstitions and serious mental diseases that will again lead peoples towards madness, the exodus towards another great genocide.
Hopefully I'm wrong and the future is present as it dream them dreamers, more just, more free, without fear and full of love, but looking at the signals coming, sincerely...
So I douuuuuuuuubt!!
A Greeting and Happy Christmas 2016 for All.
